VALUE CONDITION WARMTH LANDLORD
As far as Dunedin student flats go, this an ok property. However, 15/783 is owned by a different landlord than the surrounding flats and we were being significantly over charged for our flat, despite it being identical build to the surrounding ones in the complex. We were being charged $10-20 per person per week more than other flats, and they had power and wifi included, whereas we did not. In addition, they had much newer chattels, carpets, curtains, etc. This flat does not come with a dishwasher. If you are not a fan of 80s interior design, don't flat here. On top of this, any complaints we raised to the landlord were met with comments about how it is "too expensive to fix", meaning he poorly DIYed any jobs we asked of him.
